“I just wanted to drop you a few lines to tell you how pleased we are with our new in ground pool. We just got our final inspection today and passed. Yay!!! I also wanted to tell you that the entire process from beginning to end was for the most part an enjoyable process. Everyone of your employees that we’ve had contact with has been VERY pleasant. It’s very obvious that your employees go through customer service training and I hope you’ll continue to do so.
A very special shout out to Jake Jacobs and Jon Mantay. Jake was THE most patient person in helping us pick out the perfect liner which we agonized over for quite some time. He also helped tremendously in educating us about the different features of spas and helped us pick out the perfect spa for our needs/ desires. We love it! Jon was instrumental in several areas. First I want to say that his pre-construction meeting was instrumental in setting our expectations appropriately. He said, “Were going to destroy your yard. It’s gonna get ugly before we can make it pretty.” He was right. He also said that there would be a good chance that our driveway would get destroyed. It did in terms of mess but not damaged. If we had not had that meeting I’m very certain you would have heard from me on several occasions. Setting expectations was key during construction. Finally, Jon’s accessibility was/is top notch. I knew if I texted him or called him I would hear back from him immediately. At the very least same day. Oh yeah. We have drainage issues in our back yard during heavy rain storms. Five neighbors lots drain into our back yard. Jon set the pool elevation and pool plot to keep the pool from flooding and to also force the water to go around our pool and exit at our neighbors. That was a HUGE concern of ours that his expertise alleviated.
I know you’ve seen a gazillion pools but you’re welcome to check out what we’ve done to ours. The waterfall, hardscaping and landscaping cost almost as much as the pool!!! So, thanks again. We hope to have many years of enjoyment in our pool. I hope that you’ll recognize Jake and Jon in some fashion and reward them in some way for a job well done.”
