Stopped at the Cookeville store for parts for our older pool. A sales rep helped us with replacing the older parts. He was excellent!! Totally understands the pool parts and the inventory on hand. He didn’t have one of the older connections but took the time to work with us to get us set up with newer replacements. Very patient and courteous. Greatly appreciate the fast service we got from this employee!

From start to finish, our new pool construction experience was magnificent and met our expectations. Our pool was constructed the exact way we designed it and was completed almost to the date (give or take a few days for weather).

How the process was explained in the beginning, Pool & Spa Depot delivered big time. Any time we had a question, the team responded to our inquiries with quickness. My family believes our pool project meets/exceeds our expectations and this is money well spent and we are happy to post this deserving review of our experience. As of the date of this posting, we have not experienced any problems.

I got a pool from the store in Clarksville. I wasn’t sure I even wanted to get a pool because of the upkeep or the cost. John explained the process and the final cost I would have that I felt comfortable making the purchase. His wealth of knowledge really showed because he was able to answer all of my questions without having to look anything up.

I felt like he was trying to get me a solution for my needs, not just make the best sale. The store was clean and well lit. I felt like they explained the pricing to me and I wasn’t hit with any surprises during the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.

I cannot speak to the side of the business that sells or installs hot tubs and pools. What I can speak to is the retail side of their business that sells pool supplies and provides assistance and direction for home pool owners. For that, they are fantastic.

As a complete novice, I started with their weekly (FREE) “Pool School” on Saturday mornings and quickly learned so much about my pool and pools in general. When bringing in water samples, they are quick to provide feedback and ideas on how to make my water as perfect as possible. After just a couple visits, I feel like they knew my and my particular situation. Their prices are more than fair and on par with anything I’ve found online – but it’s the personalized attention and time they spend with the pool owner that sets them apart from me. I’ve been to other locations in the area and haven’t felt the same way. They’re all really good, but if you’re ever lucky enough to have Ben help you out, you’ve hit the jackpot. In 3+ years I’ve never once felt I’ve been “sold” anything, but rather given ideas by a partner/consultant with my best interests in mind.

We purchased the Stealth, Semi In-Ground Pool and although the beginning install was a little shaky with the 1st crew, the 2nd crew came out and we couldn’t be any more pleased. They were the absolute best. We personally want to thank Dave, Zach and Michael for all they’ve done to make this install a great success.

Before going to the pool and spa depot we heard a lot of horror stories and didn’t use them. I believe in giving credit where it’s due. We signed our contract with the Cookeville location and the dig started in March 2024. Our pool was completed in June 2024. We are very pleased with the end result.

Tyson and his guys on the install crew were great. Tyson stayed in communication with updates and things that were going on and responded to every text message and question I had as well as made sure we were happy with the results and made sure all the equipment was running properly and we knew how to use them before he left. Not one wrinkle in the liner. The people in the store have been very helpful in getting our water chemistry right and answered any questions we had. Had one small issue that was resolved by the managers in the store with no push back or excuses.

If I could leave a 10 star review I most definitely would!! I had a very unfortunate situation when my 30’ pool collapsed due to possibly excessive wind/rain. I contacted Pool and Spa Depot where I purchased the pool 2 years prior and unfortunately I had no warranty left HOWEVER after contacting the owner of this company, Peter, he called me personally and assured me he would do what he could to help me get it replaced.

In the meantime, my homeowners denied my claim and would not replace the pool. I was left with a $9k pool that was destroyed beyond repair and still owed over $6k as it was financed. Peter stayed in contact with me and ended up discounting a new pool to the extent that I was able to afford it out of pocket. He even contacted the manufacturer of the pool and asked them to give me a sizable discount to which they did. He could have easily just said that it wasn’t his problem and left me to figure this out on my own but he and his team went out of their way to help me get a replacement pool for my family. My husband and I are so grateful for this company. Fantastic customer service!!
