Purchasing
Can I get a better deal in store?
Some of our manufacturer’s internet policies will not permit us to list our best prices. Often time’s manufacturers will allow pricing to be posted online if the pricing follows their set internet MAP (minimum advertised price). This “MAP” pricing may not allow us to offer you our best prices. Please reach out to one of our store locations to ensure that we are providing you with the most competitive prices. Is financing available?
YES! We have local financing available at our store locations. For online purchases, we have Stripe (for credit and debit cards) and PayPal Credit.
Can I purchase a pool if I live out of the install area?
Absolutely! We offer DIY pool kits for both our aboveground and Stealth pools. Shipping will apply.
How do I determine what size pool I should get?
- Check with your local county/city guidelines.
- Check for any overhead power lines. The waters edge has to be 5 feet away from any overhead power lines.
- Next measure your back yard staying 5 feet away from your property lines.
- Keep in mind the size of your family and how comfortable you will be.

How can I learn about taking care of my pool?
Please see our Pool Owner Reference Guides. On this page you will find a Pool Owner’s Manual with tons of helpful information.
Also, all of our locations offer Pool School. You can call and schedule a pool school with one of our Retail Sales Specialist. We recommend you bring in a sample of your water so we can conduct a free water test and give you instructions on maintaining your pool water which is critcal to keeping your pool water and equipment healthy. As a bonus once you’ve attended a pool school you will become a VIP member where you can receive a discount on most of your maintenance chemcials and a discount to upgrade to our VIP+ program. We also have a pool school video on our YouTube channel.
What is the maintenance of a spa?
Maintaining a spa isn’t hard at all. We always recommend taking a sample of water that has warmed up to temp to the closet Pool & Spa Depot. Our product specialist will go over how to maintain clean, clear and safe water as well as the recommended maintenance for your spa. Here are a few pdf forms to help!

We strive to make shipping your items as hassle-free as possible. You’ll be able to calculate your shipping costs at checkout.

If I purchase a Spa, Sauna, Cold Plunge, and/or pool kit will they deliver to my deck, patio, etc?
Threshold Home Delivery * – This shipping cost $150 and includes delivery to the first accessible area (garage, carport, curbside, etc.). Delivery equipment includes a lift gate equipped truck and pallet jack*. Because of the lift gate restrictions on straight trucks, the weight of each pallet cannot exceed 1,500 pounds. This does not include uncrating, unpacking, de-skidding, placement, debris removal, or set-up.
* Certain rural areas are not eligible for free shipping and would require additional charges. You will be contacted prior to shipment if such a case were to occur. We do not ship outside of the Continental United States.
** Please contact one of our local stores for options of white glove delivery and professional installation of Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, etc… These services are not available for online purchases.
NOTE – If a confirmed delivery appointment is canceled by the customer on the day of delivery or if the customer is not home to receive the delivery, a $100 fee will be charged to reschedule and re-deliver.
Does Pool & Spa Depot install outside of the market area?
Pool & Spa Depot only does installation within 100 miles from a store location at this time. Delivery of a product is nationwide to the Threshold of your home.

How does warranty work?
Pool & Spa Depot does not express or imply any warranties. All warranties are the responsbility of the manufacturer. Most manufacturer warranties clearly express that warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship only, and cover only the replacement of defectvie or missing parts.
