- Air bubbles with water from return jets - This may mean a suction line leak.
- Wet dirt or settled dirt or bricks near the skimmers or return jets - This could indicate an underground leak in a pipe.
- Pump is heating up, making loud noises, or not functioning fully - This usually means professional service is needed, either call or remove the pump and bring it in.
- Pool is losing water - There are many areas where a leak can occur. Contact us so we can find the leak for you and repair it.
- If the cartridge filter or sand filter is not effectively filtering the pool or the pressure is low - You can try to backwash the filter. If this does not help then contact us.

- Free Chlorine: 1.5 PPM To 3.0 PPM
- Free Chlorine w/ Mineral System: 0.5 PPM To 1.0 PPM
- PH: 7.2 To 7.6
- Alkalinity: 80 PPM to 120 PPM
- Calcium Hardness: 100 PPM to 300 PPM
- Cyanuric Acid: 30 PPM to 100 PPM
- Phosphates: 100 PPB or Less

Pool chemistry is vital for a healthy pool and to maximize enjoyment of your home oasis. Use the following guidelines to ensure proper chemical levels.
1. Cover & Cleanup
- Drain, remove, clean & store pool cover
- Clean scum line and fill pool
- Brush and vacuum pool and attachments
2. Fill & Reconnect
- Raise water level back to normal
- Reconnect all equipment that was disconnected for winterizing
- Remove winterizing plugs
- Clear pool antifreeze from drain lines
- Fill the pool completely
3. Circulation & Filtration
- Allow the circulation and filtration systems to run overnight.
4. Water Testing & Chemistry
- Test chlorine, ph, and alkalinity levels
- Adjust chemistry levels if needed
- Shock the pool
- Test cyanuric acid levels
- Add algaecide
- Retest chlorine, ph, and alkalinity levels
- Enjoy your pool!
