Our Latest Response To COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers,

We are heading into the peak of our season and wanted to let everyone know that we are remaining to social distance and do virtual demonstrations with consumers that prefer that type of engagement.

Inquiries from current and new customers are coming in at a record pace with so many people trapped in their homes due to the COVID-19 stay at home orders. Our phones this time of year ring from the minute we open until late in the evening coupled with so many people at home and you can imagine the volume of calls we receive. If you are unable to reach us on the phone, or do not get a call back, please understand this is due to the heavy influx of calls and not because your call is not important to us. Several of our team members are home with children that do not have child care, so those that are able to work are doing their best to meet all of our current pool and spa owner’s needs, as well as new clients!

We have thousands of customers wanting various estimates, home visits, prices on pictures on our Facebook page or on our website and other requests. Know that we are not ignoring you if we do not reply to a post; we are just currently helping another customer on the phone or face to face. Please bear with us during the next couple of months and know that all five of our locations ARE open normal hours that are posted on our website. The best way to engage is with a visit to our brick and mortar store locations. Our stores are set up to show you our complete product assortment and packages of equipment designed to save you money! Our teams can explain all of the differences between our pools, hot tubs and more so that you can make a well informed decision on what to purchase for your family.
